HOW DOES MOTOR INJECTION WORK

Engines with fuel injection systems are the latest technology used in the automotive industry. The fuel injection system is more efficient than the traditional carburetor system because it allows better control over the amount of fuel entering the engine. Here's how injection works in the engine:

 1. Sensors
The engine's fuel injection system uses many sensors to continuously measure data from around the engine. There are sensors that measure air and water temperature, sensors that measure intake air pressure, and sensors that measure crankshaft speed and position.  This sensor sends a signal to the electronic injection controller , which controls the injection of fuel into the engine .

 2. Electronic Injection Controller The electronic injection controller is the brain of the fuel injection system. It receives data from sensors and processes this information to control the engine's fuel injection.  The injection control unit regulates the amount of fuel injected into the engine at the right time.

3. Injector The injector is the part that injects fuel into the engine.  Fuel is stored in the tank and fed to the injectors through a fuel line connected to the injection controller. The injector injects fuel into the intake manifold when the intake manifold valve is open. The correct air/fuel ratio for a given engine condition can be controlled by the injector controller.

 4. Fuel Pump Fuel pump is a component that distributes fuel from the fuel tank to the injection system.  This pump may be a mechanical pump or an electric pump.
